Give/Take/Collect Items

Will there be anything mentioned about giving or donating items to people? I have an idea like say there are like boss battles, once you defeat them there will be dropped items for people to collect. Pretty good for scavenging eh? I feel like hosting these things in clan events and stuff. It will be fun.
