UPDATE TO THE RULES! PLEASE READ!

It's been getting annoying from seeing people appearing and teleporting from nowhere. I know this a free style but it gets too confusing and irrating. Let me say this once before I delete your posts without warning.

- You can only have a maximum of FOUR techniques. (Unless with dragonballs)
- In order to teleport in the scene, you'll need instant transmission. Any random posts like this will be deleted.
- Your character can only have 5 Senzu beans and 5 Mystic Holy waters in all. (unless with dragonballs)
- In order to learn new abilities others have to teach you.

I have a idea, How about the 4 abilities are starting abilities and to learn new ones others have to teach you to.

People can't teleport to here and there. That'll be god modding and annoying..

And find some other ways to leave the scene..at least fly away.

how about instant transmission is for teleporting to other people only, because Goku needed to home in to a ki signature in the area before he teleported.

Yea, fly there/take a spaceship or something. Other people rather not have people interfering and going in their situations.

And if you want instant transmission, put it on your list. Remember, you can only have up to four moves.

Can we put on our signature the planet we are on so players are not on 3 planets doing 6 things. I get confused and can i make a Namek store to sell Namek stuff. Its another good way to use the gold
