As admin id like to request admin tools on this site or something that will let me make sticky posts for when i post important info.

You are already admin. You can sticky, make announcements, and moderate the posts and forums. When you are editing message, scroll down under Preview|Save and you'll see the options for that.

ahh ok ill check that preview option out.. I was wondering why i didnt see options.

I can edit my own posts thats about it.. I should have forum options like pin/ topic lock ect.. i cant even delete your double post.

Actual mods get powers like that.. What exactly is a mod for RP.. lol that sounds like an april fools joke.

Not completely true. Thats entirely admins choice. Mods can be assigned specific sections of the forum to mod over.. Or get full mod privileges over the whole thing.
There should be options for that in the admin board.

Not sure if this works on this type of forum, but why don't you change the privleges the moderator gets? Or just assign different ranks like 'Moderator' [with less authorities] can be set to watch over certain sections while another title can be 'Forum Master' they get extra options but at the same time they have less options than an admin?
