King Kai's planet, When you get here by snake way(If your dead) you can train and learn Spirit Bomb and Kaio - Ken, but to learn spirit bomb you have to be pure of heart.The livng can access here but don't have to use snake way. It takes 1 day to learn KAIO - KEN and 4 days to learn Spirit bomb.

"Hey you blue bug-man thanks for helping with my tail I didn't much like have a nub. Also can you teach this 'Kaio Ken'?

The training with King Kai was beginning to show results. Of course when would expect 22 hour work outs in weighted clothing to do just that. Having already matter the kaio ken Raditz was trying to see how much his body could take.

"Kaio Ken....TIMES 5!"

A red aura exploded around Raditz as he fought to control his body.

He used the moonball technique and quickly became larger than the small kai planet.

"Yes! The power! The power of a super saiyan."

Knowing this was his current limit Raditz thanked King Kai and flew off to return to the land of the living.

ok well i think getting trained and going thru snake way and learning a move within 5 mins is to fast. and you said you have to be dead when you explain the planet.

It took me like 15 min to learn KAIO - KEN, It took my son Raditz about 2-4 min.
