P.E School Issues Empty P.E School Issues

School's coming up and I got P.E all the school year. It's advanced p.e though. Everyone that looks really tough is in it. My only fear is not being good enough. Previously, I have practiced everyday in the summer jogging around the parks, playing basketball and working on sit ups and crunchs. (sorry, not good at upper body strength.)

I only got 8 days left. I'm so freaked out. Somebody give me an answer.

Awesome. Endurance in running is what I got. Some people say I sprint the whole running course. xD But I jog.

P.E is fun. When I had that basic p.e course, I was the fastest in the class. No lying.

But then there's advanced p.e, people are in it are TOUGH. Even without training, they might beat me out when I trained all this summer.

I've been practicing on my sit ups. For two minute I can do at least 70. My goal for the next few days of summer break, is reach at least 90-100. Btw, In P.E we have tests and stuff and the high scores are recorded on a bulletin chalk board. AND I WANT MY NAME TO BE ON THAT BOARD BADLY.

When I'm practicing sit ups, I get too much strain, I just need more time. lol

can you put your arms under your armpits? If you can what you do is practice putting your arms on your shoulders then when you do the test do it under your armpits. It will be an ease cause you did harder sit-ups so those will be easy

I can do 120 in 2 mins

No I cross my arms, and hold onto my shoulders,each sit up--my elbows will touch over my knees.

And in P.E, we have to do it like that. It's legit.

for some reason when i do crunches in gym,i dont get tired so i could do like 10000 of them and not get tired.By the way gym is my FAVORITE i be bastng in football and basketball.

Erm...in football we had to do 50 pushups a day during practice and 50 before. I can do over a hundred in 2 minutes...not sure about 120 though XD That's a pushup a second

I was talking bout sit-ups I never timed my push-uos cause it was never timed just the most you can do and for the weights you get a weight like the ones you have on a bench press and you wrap you arms around it (if you played football you would know bout this one)

Darn it, Push Ups? Man, I'm no good at Upper Body strength but I got speed and abdomen strength. xD I can't even do 30 push ups. btw, i'm only 100 pounds on the verge...Sad

Hey hey, I'm not one of those fat guys from the internet that says they can do anything.

But I am legit about what I"m saying. I can only do a maximum of 30 push ups, 70 sit ups, (not so sure about the measurement of my running course..)

Lol I like dodgeball, but I dont like the painful part where you get hit in the face. or the nuts. xD

But what I don't like about it is that everyone hogs onto the ball...geez, just take the ball and throw it you cowards..
