After finding the lab on Namek Nuchiha decides to keep the contents of the lab and open his own. " I'm Nuchiha and i'm currently researching new technologies, if anyone finds a black star dragon ball please give it to me so I can meake a black star dragon Radar. you may use some of the Facilities to make your own discoveries but the actual lab that has more equipment is limited to me. "
