Other world - Rules

These are not " Official rules " but i'm waiting for a admin to reply.
1. You can't partake in any other Forum unless its an afterlife forum, because your DEAD, and if your alive you can't partake in afterlife forums because your ALIVE!(unless your a admin)
2. In order to speak to the living, you need to use a crystal ball found in other world.
3. There are ways to get out of otherworld, to the living world without using the dragon balls, there for you to find out.
Are these good rules Zaneyx?
